The codebase is undergoing a complete rewrite in order to create a non-Diku version. This will take some time.
You can connect to the current development version of Basternae 3 by telnetting to basternae.org port 4502. This is not yet a complete, playable game, but feel free to look around.

We are currently in need of more zones. We can use zones in Basternae 1 and 2's DikuEdit format, the DurisEdit format, the Envy format, and, of course, zones created with the new Basternae 3 Zone Editor.
