		<description>Hrmm, definitely different only in mindset from a character perspective since everything they would have at 50 they have now at 40 with the same exp grind to reach that final level.  I'd be more interested in the MOB/spell damage scaling - seems to simple to just drop a mob down "10 levels" to compensate. 

One benefit of having the 1-50/60 is that in those higher levels you have room to add character development such as remort. Maybe 1-40 for the max game - then very high EXP curve and when you reach certain levels gain a certain spell/mount/something.
