Critical Role’s The Legend of Vox Machina gets a third season and a clip from season 2 has been released

Prime Video announced Season Three of its critically acclaimed adult animated fantasy-adventure series The Legend of Vox Machina, from Critical Role and Titmouse.

Based on the beloved characters and adventures of Critical Role’s first live-streamed Dungeons and Dragons tabletop role-playing game campaign, this fantasy adventure quickly grew into an animated sensation. After saving the realm from evil and destruction at the hands of the most terrifying power couple in Exandria, Vox Machina is faced with saving the world once again – this time, from a sinister group of dragons known as the Chroma Conclave.

News of the upcoming seasons were revealed during the series’ New York Comic Con panel featuring stars and executive producers Travis Willingham (Marvel’s Avengers), Marisha Ray (Final Fantasy XV), Taliesin Jaffe (Final Fantasy XIV), Ashley Johnson (The Last of Us), Sam Riegel (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), Liam O’Brien (Star Wars: The Bad Batch), Laura Bailey (The Last of Us: Part II), and Matthew Mercer (Overwatch). The first season received a “Certified Fresh” ranking on Rotten Tomatoes, with a score of 100%. The Legend of Vox Machina streams exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

They also shared a first look at Season Two – which premieres January 2023 on Prime Video – as well as a Season One catch-up clip that features an original song by Sam Riegel and Peter Habib.
